The goal of this course is to provide the nurse with knowledge that will identify sexual harassment in the workplace and to recognizing sexual harassment in the workplace, interventions that can be implemented to improve the working conditions and to provide to the nurse a current and comprehensive statement of state and federal law as it relates to sexual harassment.
