Can I ever re-take a course that I previously completed? If so, after how many years, and how do I go about it? Thank you.

Normally, you would not retake a course until the course has been updated.

MyFreeCE normally updates its courses every two years. It could be more frequently depending on the course content. When a course is updated it is always assigned a new course number and sometimes the course title is changed as well.
