Journaling for Physical and Emotional Health
The purpose of this course is to discuss the beneficial effects of journaling on emotional, mental and physical health. Journaling, as a form of self-expression, can be a useful tool for the management of chronic and acute pain, and show how the practice is used to relieve mental and emotional stress, lower anxiety and as a result, potentially prevent the occurrence of disease. If journaling can alleviate the experience of stress on the mind and body, the body’s immune system can be fully responsive to battle disease.
