The goal of this course is to offer RN’s an opportunity to take a glimpse in reverse to remember why they chose the field of nursing and how to succeed well into the future. For some nurses, their success may not ultimately be in the nursing world. This educational piece will explore the realities of being a nurse, including the highs, the lows and everything in between that nurses’ experience.
