This course will provide a comprehensive overview of sexual harassment in the workplace. The learner will be able to identify the three classifications of sexual harassment and the conduct associated with each category. Instructions on the process for reporting are outlined, as well as a summary of the whistleblower protections laws created to safeguard victims in the event of an unwelcome sexual encounter.
