Recognizing Impairment in the Workplace
Work related stress and burnout are occurring in high numbers, affecting caregiver productivity and patient safety. The goal of this course is to provide healthcare professionals with an overview of substance abuse risk factors and signs of impairment in the workplace environment. The program will review mandatory reporting laws and resources available to assist the impaired employee.
