If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your purchase we will refund 100% of your purchase subject to the following conditions: You must request your refund in writing (email is fine) within 30 days of your purchase.

If you are requesting a refund and you have not attempted and successfully completed any course exams then your purchase will be refunded. If you are requesting a refund but have earned certificates of completion then you must return a signed statement that the certificates of completion will not be used prior to your refund being processed.
